The First Boot Camp Of 2019

WOW. What a result! Our January boot-campers smashed all our previous records with an astounding 4.9kg average weight loss over the 7 days. Our ladies put in 100% effort and it is clearly visible in their results! Well done, you girls smashed it!

We love to keep things varied at Who Dares Slims, so activities ranged from high intensity circuits, military inspired team games, hill walking / hiking, boxing, and even a spot of yoga. Our fitness and weight loss programme is designed by our Chief Instructor Jamie and is inspired by his career in the Elite Forces.

The concept is that you stay with us for 7 nights and we provide your balanced meals, all activities (a mix of high intensity circuits and low intensity activities like hiking, yoga and swimming). During the week we arrange everything for you, so that you can switch off and commit yourself to achieving your fitness and weight loss goals.
