The Who Dares Slims residential fitness retreat and weight loss boot camp, exclusively for women, takes place over the course a full week. The programme is made up of continuous, low impact, exercise designed to burn fat. Our ex-Elite Forces trainers will keep the programme fun and interesting by mixing up circuit based training - for a full body workout - along with hikes in the surrounding area. We incorporate real-life survival workshops with Yoga & Pilates to get you active and relaxed post-workout. Seven days of intense workouts, core training and exercise, seven-nights accommodation, all meals, plus two daily snacks. Other extras, such as massages and DNA fitness and food intolerance testing, can be arranged for a fee.
