The Programme

The Who Dares Slims residential fitness retreat and weight loss boot camp, exclusively for women, takes place over the course a full week. We have two main locations, Spain and Scotland, chosen specifically for great walks and making the best of stunning natural surroundings. Read more about our two venues in Spain and Scotland.

Making fitness and weight loss easy since 2018!

The programme is made up of continuous, low impact, exercise designed to burn fat. Our ex-Elite Forces trainers will keep the programme fun and interesting by mixing up circuit based training - for a full body workout - along with hikes in the surrounding area. We incorporate real-life survival workshops with Yoga & Pilates to get you active and relaxed post-workout. What's more, our nutritionist will stop by to guide you in how to live a healthier lifestyle once you’re home. Meet the whole team here.

What's Included

Seven days of intense workouts, core training and exercise, seven-nights accommodation, all meals, plus two daily snacks. Other extras, such as massages and DNA fitness and food intolerance testing, can be arranged for a fee.

Who Dares Slims fitness and weight loss boot camp - circuits


Circuits are full body workout in 30minutes or less. They give you the benefits of muscle building and toning as well as an intense cardio workout maximising calorie burn.

Hiking and hillwalking - Who Dares Slims


Walking helps maintain a healthy weight, prevents heart disease and high blood pressure. It also helps strengthen bones and muscle and brightens your mood.



Low impact activities will be held in our outdoor swimming pool, and give you some well deserved downtime.

Who Dares Slims Boot Camp - Yoga & Pilates

Yoga & Pilates

Yoga helps improve flexibility stability, muscle strength and tone. It also helps improve respiration, energy and vitality as well as reducing the chance of injury.

Who Dares Slims Boot Camp - boxing

Boxing / Unarmed Combat

Boxing training greatly improves your cardiovascular health while increasing core strength. It also decreases stress and improves hand eye coordination.

Who Dares slims Boot Camp - core training

Core Strength

Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen. From this you'll gain improved balance and stability.

The Food

Our meals 

People say 'Food is Fuel'. However at Who Dares Slims our ethos is that food must be more than just fuel - it must be tasty! We have a balanced approach to food: this means we offer a wide range of tasty meals, not just rabbit food, with regular indulgent snacks. At our fitness retreats, our meals are fresh and healthy, created by our top-notch chefs who put the menus together with our nutritionist to ensure that you don't feel hungry during your stay.

Special Dietary Requirements

While we make every effort to ensure our menus appeal to everyone, we know that some people have specific dietary requirements to be catered for. Just let us know in advance.



Breakfast: Smoked salmon, scrambled eggs on rye bread

Snack: Homemade flapjack 

Lunch:  Salmon with sweet potato and spinach

Snack: Oatcakes and hummus

Dinner: Carrot and coriander soup followed by grilled Moroccan chicken with couscous and pomegranate 

Bespoke & Private Boot Camps

We also arrange private or bespoke boot camps on request. We can arrange your boot camp at any location, to any specification - just let us know your requirements and we’ll provide you with a quote. Some examples of these could be:

  • A weekend boot camp for you & your friends.
