Terms & Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full terms of booking will be emailed to you. If you have paid your deposit you are able to get a full refund if requested no less than 12 weeks before the programme start date.If you cancel less than 6 weeks prior to the programme start date, you will lose your deposit. Full payment is required no less than 6 weeks before the start of the programme. We will let you know by email when this is due.
CHECK-IN & medical concerns:
Once we have confirmed your booking, we will send you out detailed instructions with everything you need to get to the venue and about the programme, inlcuding a suggested kit-list. We require all women to have completed the medical and health form before being accepted onto the programme.
Activities & FACILITIES:
Each venue will have health and safety announcements, please ensure you follow these. During any activities, please ensure that you take reasonble precaution not to injur yourself - and always let the trainers know if you are unhappy or have any concerns.
