Non-residential boot camp

Our non-residential boot camps, which last one full day, are great for people who want a taster of our week-long camps. You’ll be put through your paces by our Elite Forces trainers giving your metabolism a boost, a full body workout and burning maximum calories all in one day!

At these one-day fitness sessions, we blend together military fitness with group workouts to create a powerful combination of fitness and fun.  The day’s training programme is designed to deliver results and can be adapted for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re new to working out, training for an event or just looking forward to a day out with lots of fresh air with likeminded ladies, we’re here for you. 

The day camps will be held in Glasgow, Edinburgh and London at set times throughout the year. Sign up to our mailing list to be the first to hear about new one-day sessions being announced.

What’s more, we can arrange a bespoke private day camp for you and your friends based on your requirements. This could be a hen party or birthday to remember. For groups of 6 or more, we travel to you (Subject to Covid19 restrictions of course!)

  2. Email us at info@whodaresslims.com or click book now at the bottom of this page

  3. You’ll be sent the instructions to pay the £100 fee and advised to arrange your travel to meet point.

  4. We’ll also send you a ‘what to wear guide’ and any specific instructions for your day with us. We look forward to meeting you!
